Service Description
WHAT TO EXPECT? My expertise revolves around Women's Health and Emotional Balance. We work together to support your wellbeing around: ​ - Menstrual Cycle - Fertility and Conception - Pregnancy and Postpartum - Perimenopause - Menopause The Program is crafted on your own unique needs, so you decide your pace and includes: AYURVEDIC INTAKE - during the 90min in-person or online session I will enquiry into the present signs of imbalance (symptoms), your medical history, lifestyle and food habits and explore the emotional, energetic and mental aspects connected to them. We explore working and relational conditions. Already during this stage you can expect some level of introduction to the most basics Ayurvedic principles and how this plays out in creating your imbalance . The purpose is to create a common language and understanding. REBALANCING PLAN - the Ayurvedic Consultation is followed by a structured Rebalancing Plan that includes: - Assessment of your inborn constitution (prakriti) and of your present state of imbalance (vikriti) with attention to system and organs affected - Assessment of your digestive system and metabolism (Agni) - Nutritional advises (Ahara): food to avoid and to include to restore balance based on your specific complaints - Personalized daily routine (Vihara) that may include ayurvedic daily routine (dinacharya) and/or meditation and breathing routine - Recommended Internal Therapy with Simple or Complex Herbal remedies* - Recommended External Therapies according to conditions* EDUCATION AS EMPOWERMENT The Rebalancing Plan will be discussed in a 45min online session where you will be guided in understanding the root causes of your imbalances and the reasons behind the changes and have the possibility to ask your questions. 2X 1:1 SESSIONS - during each of the 60min online sessions, we will track the changes, re-assess the healing goals and redirect your actions so that they are more effective. 1X FOLLOW UP MOMENT - a 30min online session in which you will be guided in creating your own personal plan that will feel able to carry on in a more consistent way and that aligned to your Prakriti or to create new opportunities for healing and balance. (*) Price of herbal remedies and external treatments is not included as it is based on your unique needs
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy that applies, regardless the reason of the cancellation, to the following services: ​ Ayurveda Services Yoga Therapy Pregnancy & Postpartum services ​ If an appointment is missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, it will be charged in full. ​ You can reschedule an appointment free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Less than 24 hours cancellation, reschedule and "no show"will result in charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Services that are paid upfront won't be refunded under any circumstance, not fully nor partially. If you do not show up or if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will loose your credit. If the request of rescheduling arrives within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a credit and the possibility to book a new appointment within 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase of your service.  If we have to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment, you can choose to reschedule or to ask for full refund in case the service has been already paid. ​ How to book an appointment? Go to the Pricing and Bookings page and request your appointment: you will be able to indicate your preferred day and time. ​ Confirmation Upon your booking a confirmation will be sent that the spot has been reserved. You will receive a reminder via email a few days before your appointment, however, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. ​ How to cancel and reschedule? To cancel or reschedule an appointment email: info@ombrettadettori.com Last minute cancellation (within 24 hours from your scheduled appointment) will be considered invalid and charged in full. ​ Payments Every service needs to be paid upon reception of invoice: please be aware that the appointment is not confirmed until the full amount is transferred.​ Payment plans are available for services regulated by contracts. ​ Refunds In case we cancel the appointment within 24 hours you you can choose to reschedule or to ask for full refund. ​
