Knee pain and injury therapy: Janu Basti
Service Description
“Janu” means knee in Sanskrit and the word “basti” means retaining: during the treatment a generous amount of warm medicated oils is retained either on the front (patella area), back (popliteus) or side of the knee to treat conditions that range from acute and chronic pain to stiffness and inflammation. Toxins are eliminated and joints are strengthened. The warm medicated oil is kept in place and it is absorbed at a deeper level into the joints to address degeneration, inflammation and injuries.
