WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
The Intake and Breathing Movement assessment are the starting point from which I will define the therapeutic goals and the tools to support you over 10 sessions (10 weeks). Each session last 90 min and includes, next to the physical practice, a few moments of sharing that are part of the therapeutic plan. Around week 6 you will be offered a short sequence to develop a self practice according to your needs. Towards the end of the planned sessions we will reassess the goals and should you want to continue your personalised healing path we will move on with the plan according to your needs.
